Testimonial

I want to assure you… that my experience and time at Smart Start-Centre County this summer will not be forgotten. I think about you often and hope that the start of the fall semester brings you great luck and enthusiasm with future endeavours. I would also like to take this time to thank you, for everything. I never imagined this summer would hold such fun and fulfilling times for me. Your professionalism is a trait I am keen to look for in future employers; You have set a high standard :) Additionally, your kindness in the form of your own personal thank you note . . . was greatly appreciated. Eileen, you have a way to always make someone feel welcome and important. You never doubted me and that taught me to never doubt myself. Thank you, again, for EVERYTHING.

Testimonial:

As a broadcast journalism major, I thought my main role at Smart Start would involve Communications tasks including: proofing and editing publications, marketing events, airing our PSA on local TV stations, etc. Never did I think that, after three and a half months, my involvement and desire for the organization would run so deep. Smart Start is an admirable force within the field of early childhood education. Witnessing first-hand the immense time and effort Smart Start puts into advocating early childhood issues, making resources available, and organizing community outreach activities is, truly, astonishing. The dedication to such an important issue is inspiring and I am so honored to have been a part of it.

As a small organization with big plans, we LOVE our interns!
